My work with nonprofit groups involves many training tools that can help them understand and implement changes to become more effective. These tools include explanations of organizational approaches and concepts. They also include examples and worksheets that groups can use to move forward.

I provide these tools both in support of those who have taken my workshops and training sessions, and for those looking for resources to get started. Please feel free to download these materials and use them liberally within your organization.

I strive to offer these files in two different formats (whenever possible) for your convenience. HTML files have a small file size and may be viewed with your web browser simply by clicking on the text link. They also have the advantage of being easily edited for your own use.

A few documents, due to their graphical nature, are not available in the HTML format, but are provided in PDF format. These files are larger but present the material in a format that prints out as originally formatted. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free download.
